Over the last few years, hiking in the high heat of summer had gotten more uncomfortable than just sweat-soaked clothes; swollen calves and hiker's rash from knees to ankles had become the norm, and it was awful. Compression socks seemed to be the recommended answer, so I came right to Cloudline because I already have multiple pairs of other excellent socks from them. Fortunately, they make these, and they work great! Very lightweight, breathable, and comfortable and enough compression that I no longer have the swelling and rashes after a long day on the trail!

I have 6 pairs that I bought in 2019 that I rotate through my work week. They still look good (minus some slight pilling), the toes and heels are still intact, and the elastic compression is consistent.

I’ve had this pair in blue for the last 5-6 years (and they’re holding up great and still going strong) for summer hiking when I’m prone to edema and hiker’s rash on the trail. They’ve been a godsend in mostly preventing both, and minimizing it on the extremely long, hard, hot adventures we periodically take. While I had three different pair of Cloudline compression socks prior to this (and a few other purchases), I recently needed to pick up more due to recent medical issues causing significant edema, and these socks have been just as great at helping me with that issue (on a daily basis) as they have been on the trails. They’re comfortable, breathable, they stay in place and I’ve worn them for 23 of 24 hours a day at times. Zero complaints and will definitely get more in the future.

I purchased these to replace out an older set of compression socks that I just wasn't too happy with, especially when running. I'm by no means a long distance runner but I like to average 15 to 20 miles a week for general fitness. I've already ran in these a few times and I'm noticing that I'm not getting as much muscle fatigue by day 3/4 and my recovery doesn't seem to be quite as long. Granted this is still within the first 2 weeks of running with these socks but I'm quite happy with these so far.

I couldn’t find high ski socks for my preteen. These fit perfectly, were comfortable all day and my kiddo loves them too.

So soft that it convinced me I need more. I have big calves and some socks can feel suffocating like its trying to squeeze them for dear life, but these are so soft I don't have that issue.

I wear a size small and they keep my little feet warm and my attitude great because when my feet are warm, I am happy! I only wish there were simple solid navy socks available for everyday.

I’m really diggin’ my socks. Bought these on a whim in the hopes that they would provide the support I needed with out being too tight. Dream come true and the fact that they are a wool blend makes my feet that much happier at the end of a long shift. I’m at the smaller end of the large size range and they were a bit big, however my other half inadvertently dried them in the dryer and now they fit perfect—a near tragic ending. I will definitely be getting some more. My only request to the designers would be to have some color thrown in, socks should be fun!

I was not convinced about these socks until I actually wore them for a 12 hour shift and found them to be extremely comfortable, my feet were cool and supported. Great socks just wish there were more colors in the compression style.

My feet are in between most manufacturer's "small" and "medium", which makes finding good compression socks disappointing and tedious. Cloudline's compression socks are available in a Women's small size that actually fits, without having too much heel-to-toe material! The mediums fit my foot loosely, with no compression in the leg. The smalls are PERFECT, providing the compression I want. As a bonus, Cloudline's socks really do stand up to multiple days of wear without stretching out or smelling! I love these socks, and I'm excited to learn these will be available in the solid gray color (sometime in the future).

Washed once in machine on warm. Some shrinkage so now I’m hand washing cold. They take a long time to air dry. Idc still love them and will buy more.

These are our favorite socks. My wife and I are both delighted.

The compression in these is just right! The height is great; I have super long legs, so they don't reach quite as high as they generally would. I love wearing these hiking, when I'm baking for hours, when I'm walking miles and miles at work, on relaxation/recovery days, and sometimes even when I sleep. These are phenomenally comfortable, light, and durable; they're definitely up to CloudLine's high sock standards.
