I had the opportunity to test them out on a day hike and even with it being 90°F my feet were cool and that night it was in the high 50s and my feet were plenty warm. Everything about these socks are incredible from the feel to the comfort of the padding and weave. There is seriously not a better sock out on the market these should be your go to for everything from thru hikes to just staying fit in your neighborhood. All in all I give them a 10,000/5 because these have outperformed every sock I have worn in my life.

had to replace my old cloudline sox that failed after years of great service. bought 4 new pairs in a variety of style. so i should be good for many years. one tip, size up. i am a 10 and 3/4 or 11 and i get the XLs.

Very comfy overall. Be advised that the "light cushion" feels quite warm to my SoCal feet and are mostly indoor chilly weather socks as a result. Not much to say other than they're really the only pair of socks I need around the house since they don't hold onto odors.

There's enough terry padding in all the right places. The crew length is fine for cooler winter days and when extra coverage is needed.

Bought these 3 years back and they're very comfy overall. I wear them mostly for indoor use as they're a bit too thick for SoCal weather. Colder temps are coming by and they're pretty much my go-to around the house during these times. Be advised, IMO: The "light" cushion feels slightly thick/warm, as mentioned above. Once your feet are moving, you might find that you want something thinner so I opted to get some Ultralight pairs.
My main blanket has unfortunately made them look "snowy" and I just haven't been bothered enough to shovel it all off. : )

Disappointed. Switched from Smartwool to Cloudline and the quality of this 4 pairs is pretty poor. Toe seams have a ton of loose material and strings. Love the color and thickness but the quality was disappointing.

These socks are soooo comfortable. I live in the mountains, work outdoors, wear hiking boots all winter long, and these will be my go-to socks. I ordered two pairs, along with a three-pack of no-shows for my wife...I received the three-pack for my wife and TWO THREE-PACKS of these hikers. Mega-bonus, set for life. Now I need to order some mountain biking socks.

I love these socks. I used to buy Darn Tough exclusively but these have a higher % of merino wool and I find that they're more comfortable. I hope Cloudline will introduce more colors for the main body of the sock someday. Until then, I'm very happy with the gray. Not only would I buy again, but I have bought again. These are my new go-tos.

I have many pairs of Cloud-line socks, I wanted a couple pairs to wear with dress cloths and these are the ones. They look good and are always comfortable, even in hot weather.

After ordering and wearing some of these Cloudline socks, I think I annoy my wife by constantly showing her my socks and telling her how much I like them. I do not do much hiking, but work in the basement most of the day. I liked the Medium Cushion socks when it was colder, but now that it is getting a little warmer, I am wearing the Light Cushion socks. They are very comfortable and great to wear. The biggest difficulty I have now is trying not to order too many of the Cloudline socks.

I love this brand for their socks. These hiking socks have not proven to be of the same quality. They do not stay up on your legs making it annoying to constantly be pulling them back up. There 1/4 socks have been outstanding however.

I work outside and on my feet most days. The comfort and wool blend make this a perfect sock for me.

Love these, but you really can’t go wrong with anything Cloudline. I’ve been using their socks for 7+ years on Thru-hikes; PCT, JMT, CT, and everyday living in AL. Great breathability on trail and in the Alabama summers. Doesn’t really matter the situation, I am grabbing my cloudline socks.

These are great socks. I prefer the earlier cloud line with no cushion as cushioned socks tend to create hot spots, but they must be out of production. Nonetheless, these sock don’t wear out. They’re a great product and reasonable priced.

They feel great when wearing casually, but I found that they kept my feet too warm when hiking with temp’s in the upper 60’s. Also, the sock opening could stand to have more give around the calves, a little constricting.
